What are the Opening Times?

Saturday 19th July 2025 - 12pm to 10pm. (Last Entry 6pm)

Explain the entry before 2pm ticket

Your ticket must be scanned before 2pm. We recommend that you arrive early between 12pm - 1:30pm. If your ticket is scanned after 2pm there will be a surcharge on the door.

Explain the anytime Entry ticket

Explain the anytime Entry ticket - Valid all day between 12pm and 6pm.

Is this event 18+?

Yes, due to licensing As One is 18+. Physical ID is required on the door.

What's included in the VIP?

Our VIP ticket grants you access to our VIP Area which includes a Private Stage with performances from SPECIAL GUEST Performers, VIP only Bars & Toilets, Queue jump and Free Entry to Afterparty at Fire!

How do I get there?

As One is taking place at Walpole Park, Ealing. The full address is Walpole Park, Mattock Ln, London W5 5EQ.There are 2 Tube Stations within an 8-minute walk of the Site Entrance - Ealing Broadway (Circle, Elizabeth & District Lines) and South Ealing (Picadilly Line) The site also has great bus connections. If arriving by car please note that the site does not offer parking and for Taxi pick up and Drop off please use the postcode W5 5EQ.

Will there be food and drink?

We will have over 20 Food Stalls providing tasty dishes catering to all cuisines and dietary needs! The site will also have numerous well located fully stocked bars, to ensure you stay hydrated and keep queuing to a minimum. Please note that due to licensing we cannot allow any food or drink to be brought into the festival.

What's the location like?

Ealing's Walpole Park is our Home! Surrounded by ancient woodland and picturesque ponds we strive to do our best to make sure that we look after it and the residents that live nearby. Please be mindful of noise when arriving and leaving the site and to not leave litter. Please do not bring any chairs or gazebos as we will have plenty of seating and cover. We will not have a coat check so please try to only bring the essentials!

What about accessibility?

As One strives to be as inclusive as possible and we will have facilities to accommodate guest with accessibility needs. We offer free Personal Assistant passes and guests with mobility issues will be upgraded to our VIP area free of charge. Please note that the site is almost entirely grass there may be some areas of the site that may be challenging for wheelchair users.

Is the festival sustainable?

We are committed to being a sustainable festival and we strive to have the least carbon footprint possible and plastic waste. We kindly ask that you dispose of any litter in the bins provided so we can leave the beautiful Walopole park as we found it.

What about welfare?

We are committed to being a safe festival and do not tolerate any forms of discrimination. Our staff are fully trained to ensure that customer safety and your welfare is at the heart of what we do. We operate a zero tolerance drugs policy and will be operating a full search on entry.

Is there an afterparty?

The As One Official Afterparty will be hosted by our brand partner Beyond, London's hottest Saturday Night! Taking place at Fire Nightclub (Vauxhall, SW8 1RT) and kicking off from 10pm.
